About Us

Edward D Jamie Jr Funeral Chapel is currently managed by Marissa Jamie, a third generation funeral Director. Her grandfather, Edward D Jamie Sr., and father, Edward D Jamie Jr, were the founders of the Edward D Jamie Funeral Chapel in 1969. Edward Sr passed in 1979 and Edward Jr passed suddenly in 2020. Edward Jr often bought both of his children to work. Edward’s son, Christopher, was attending Mortuary School but tragically passed away in 2001.

Lynn Jamie, Edward Jr’s wife and mother of Marissa, is very active in the Armenian Community and church. She also handles several office duties for the business. Lynn ran a bereavement group at their church after the loss of Christopher and to provide a place for others processing the loss of a loved one.

Our family knows compassion, service, and dedication to those in immediate need and those that wish to preplan their final arrangements. We are available 24 hours a day. 7 days a week.
